When will I have all my forms?
Employers and most payers must send W-2s and 1099-NEC forms by January 31. Brokerage 1099s often arrive in mid-February, and corrected forms can come as late as March, so it pays to wait until you have everything.
What if a form is missing?
Don't guess. We can pull your IRS wage and income transcript to see what was reported under your Social Security number, or contact the payer for a copy.
Do I need receipts for every expense?
You need records that support each deduction: receipts, invoices, bank or card statements and a mileage log for vehicle use. Keep them at least three years after filing.
Can you prepare my return if I'm not in Washington?
Yes. We prepare federal and state returns for all 50 states. You send documents electronically and we meet by phone or video.
We prepare individual and business returns of every type, federal and state, in all 50 states.
